Kirkoswald is among a cluster of world famous tea plantations situated well around the upper range of high grown elevation. Waterfalls with their rugged background of rock with tea gardens at various elevations towering above them provide an enchanting view.

During the dry season the atmosphere becomes crisp and refreshing and tea produced during this time of the year gives a bright flavoury cup best taken with milk at breakfast time.
