The Hunwal estate is located in Jorhat, State of Assam, south of the river Brahmaputra. The light altitude of up to 1.000 m above sea-level which is untypical of Assam, and the resulting cooler temperatures guarantee very rich and strong qualities due to the slow growth of the plants. This well-processed tea is from the second plucking period.
